Dimorphism
Lips & Neck

How masculine or feminine the lips and the neck read.
How it's assessed
Each region below is graded for how strongly it reads as typical for the sex you select, on a 1 to 10 scale against people of the same sex, where 5 is typical. A region that reads strongly as the other sex scores lower. The full explanation is on the Dimorphism overview.
Lips
In men, medium, defined lips read as masculine, and very full, plump lips tend to read as more feminine. In women, full, plump lips read as feminine, and thin lips as less so.
Lip proportions are also measured in Harmony, including the lower to upper lip ratio and cupid's bow depth.
Neck
In men, a thick, defined neck with visible muscle reads as masculine, and a slender neck as less so. In women, a slender, smooth neck reads as feminine, and a thick or muscular neck as less so.
How much of the neck shows in your photo matters: a close crop that cuts off the neck leaves the model less to judge. Include your neck and upper shoulders in the frame.
