Angularity
Jaw Definition

How sharply the jawline shows through the soft tissue of the lower face.
What it is
Jaw definition is how clearly the edge of the jaw reads from the ear down to the chin. It is the visual crispness of the jawline, separate from its width or angle, which Harmony measures.
What a high score looks like
A high score is a clean, clearly visible jaw edge with a distinct line between the jaw and the neck. A low score is a jawline that fades into the neck or cheeks, often because of soft tissue over the bone.
What affects it
Leanness is the main lever: a lower body-fat level makes the jaw edge clearer. A raised chin and good posture sharpen the line, while a lowered chin creates a double-chin fold that hides it. Facial hair can hide the edge entirely, and shadows under the jaw can exaggerate it. Take the photo with your head level and chin neutral.
How it's graded
Angularity is judged visually, not measured from landmarks: an AI model looks at the photo and grades the feature from 1 to 10 against people of the same sex, where 5 is typical. Because soft-tissue definition depends heavily on light and angle, treat the score as a read of this photo.
